1. Acceptance

By using SUDAH you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the service

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not misuse it (e.g. spam, abuse, or attempts to gain unauthorized access). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

3. Account and data

You are responsible for your account and the data you add. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data and request account deletion from your Profile.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g. storing and displaying your data). SUDAH and its branding remain the property of the operator.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
